This existing structure of this nineteenth century cottage was retained, but the weatherboards were replaced, as was the corrugated metal roofing. The internal timber lining boards were retained and repaired as necessary. We installed a new bathroom and powder room, and new kitchen bench. We provided full design services including; space planning, architectural design (in conjunction with an architectural draftsperson), interior design, documentation, construction services and furniture procurement.
